Tortilla Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Pa´picar ® Salted Tortilla Strips
  • 4 crushed tomatoes
  • ½ onion chopped
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 liters chicken broth
  • 1 parsley Branch
  • 1 chicken breast cooked and shred
  • 1 avocado chop
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • Sour cream
  • Salt and pepper
  • Cooking Oil

Instructions

  1. Cook in bowling water the chicken breast and shred it with a fork
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the tomatoes with the garlic and onions until tender
  3. Add the chicken broth and the parsley. Season with salt and pepper and leave to boil at low temperature for 15 minutes
  4. Divide the soup in bowls and top it with Pa´picar ® Salted Tortilla Strips, the chicken, avocados, shredded cheese and sour cream to taste. Adjust the salt to taste
